Terms of service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Astro Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by us and are binding at the time of booking.

2. Services Provided

We offer mobile auto detailing services at your location, which may include exterior washes, waxing, interior cleaning, shampooing, polishing, and other detailing services as described in your booking.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, by phone, or email.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price.

  • If we arrive at your location and are unable to access your vehicle or complete the service due to your unavailability or unsafe conditions, a $25 trip charge may apply.

4. Access and Working Conditions

  • You agree to provide us with safe and legal access to your vehicle and a location suitable for detailing (e.g., driveway, parking lot).

  • For water or electricity-dependent services, you may be required to provide access to an outdoor water spigot and power outlet unless otherwise arranged.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay

  • Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee of $15 or 5% of the total, whichever is greater.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability

  • Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles. Before/after photos may be taken for documentation.

  • We are not liable for damage resulting from customer requests that fall outside of industry-standard procedures.

7. Inclement Weather

  • In case of inclement weather that prevents us from completing your service safely or effectively, we will contact you to reschedule.

8. Modifications and Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking or service.

  • Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., pet hair, mold, excessive stains) may be subject to additional charges.

9. Property & Belongings

  • Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from your vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
